We're back! The Cibolo Canyons Community Facebook page is back up with a few changes. This page is to promote the Cibolo Canyons Community and lifestyle. Those looking to purchase a new home in Cibolo Canyons are utilizing Facebook to find out about our community. Therefore, Susan Wright (as Administrator) will be reviewing all posts and promptly removing anything that might be considered a negative impact on home values and/or the great Cibolo Canyons Community.
We recognize that there needs to be an opportunity for expression of comments, concerns, compliments and have created a "Discussion" tab on the Association's website: www.cibolocanyonsrc.com under Resident Services.
This tab is visible only to residents of Cibolo Canyons so feel free to post your comments (hopefully in a courteous and respectful manner). We look forward to everyone's continued involvement on our Facebook page and to once again being able to post pics and events showcasing our great neighborhood! We'll be updating the page with event pics we've taken since we went offline so keep checking it out!
SOLICITING DURING THE HOLIDAYS:
Unfortunately this is the time of year when all residents need to be on extra alert to any solicitors or suspicious activity within their neighborhoods. Although we have No Soliciting signs posted, solicitors are still coming into the community. Please contact Ted Brocker (829-7202) at Association Management if you have information on solicitors in the area. Please give him as much information as possible so that he can contact the company involved.
There have been reports of an 18-wheeler from North Carolina Furniture selling furniture off the truck in the neighborhood. We have contact the North Carolina Furniture Outlet in San Marcos, and this activity is not associated with their store. They are also putting a sign up at their location to warn customers of this.
If you see any suspicious activity in your neighborhood, do not hesitate to call the Bexar County Sheriff's dept. The non-emergency number is 335-6000. In an emergency, please dial 911.
